The Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is a service partner with the City of Chicago, The Illinois Department of Human Services, The Illinois Department of Transportation, The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunities. While other organizations charge fees for service, IHCC is committed to providing FREE services to interested businesses.

The purpose of the SBTRCs is to offer a comprehensive delivery system of business training, technical assistance, and dissemination of information targeted towards transportation-related small business enterprises within their regional areas. The SBTRCs further the mission of the OSDBU to increase the number of small businesses that are prepared to compete for, and enter into, transportation-related prime and subcontract opportunities. There are eleven SBTRCs covering all 50 states and U.S. territories.

The Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) provides the opportunity for existing small businesses to expand their markets to include government contracting and successfully target the government as a source of new customers.
