HACE is a national non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Latino professionals.  For nearly 30 years, we have served as a resource for Latinos in the workplace and a source of expertise and insight for corporations seeking to access them. We help Latino professionals navigate the American workplace through career coaching, provide professional development and leadership opportunities that enable experienced professionals to enhance and advance their careers, and we prepare young Latinos to competently enter the professional workforce through pre-career education and early access to the corporate environment. We keep corporations competitive in an increasingly diverse economy by helping them attract, develop and retain Latino professionals.

IHCC is a member-driven organization that empowers and promotes Hispanic business growth by influencing policy and leveraging resources and relationships to help members build sustainable wealth and prominence in the community.
