Schedule of Key Dates and Time:

Exhibitor move-in: Thursday, August 5th
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

It is MANDATORYfor all exhibitors to move-in on this day as there will be no time or exceptions to set-up your booth the day of the expo.

Exhibitor hours: Friday, August 6th
10 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
All exhibitors will be allowed to enter the expo floor immediately after the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony which commences at 10 a.m.

Exhibitor break-down and move-out: Friday, August 6th
4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Please note that no exhibitor is allowed to break down before 4:30 p.m. A FINE of up to $500 will be placed at the Chamber's discretion.
