The Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is a service partner with the City of Chicago, The Illinois Department of Human Services, The Illinois Department of Transportation, The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunities. While other organizations charge fees for service, IHCC is committed to providing FREE services to interested businesses.

Illinois Hispanic Entrepreneurship Center
The Illinois Hispanic Entrepreneurship Center (IHEC) provides direct services, guidance, and support to high-growth potential firms to help them achieve their growth. A part of the Illinois Entrepreneurship Network, the Illinois Hispanic Entrepreneurship Center works to implement the vision of Illinois Governor Rod R. Blagojevich to support business growth and job creation in the State of Illinois. The activities of the Center are focused on helping high-growth potential firms gain access to these essential elements.
Small Business Development Center
The Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) assists Hispanic entrepreneurs in all phases of their business growth. We are dedicated to help new entrepreneurs realize their dream of business ownership and existing businesses access networks and resources to grow their business and helping establish long-term economic impact.
Procurement Technical Assistance Center
The IHCC PTAC provides the opportunity for existing small businesses to expand their markets to include government contracting and successfully target the government as a source of new customers.
Drug Free Workplace Resources
The Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce can be your primary resource in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective drug-free workplace environment. We can assist your business develop and implement a drug-free workplace environment by walking your business through numerous steps.
