Liana Bran serves as a program director at the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she helps companies build better teams that drive better businesses. In this role, she develops initiatives to support small businesses in their talent strategy, such as CEO peer-to-peer forums on building great teams and a resource network to make recruiting, benefits and streamlined HR processes accessible to small businesses.
Liana grew up in Glenview, IL and received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently an MBA candidate at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Liana is also a member of the United Nations Association Greater Chicago Chapter and a young leader on the Global Women 4 Wellbeing board.
