Illinois Tollway Technical Assistance Program Manager

The Illinois Tollway Technical Assistance Program helps small businesses develop the experience and capacity necessary to move to the next level of business growth, allowing them to successfully compete for Tollway projects as prime and subcontractors. Program services include education, guidance and feedback on general business operations as well as construction specific operations, including construction bidding, field management services, obtaining bonding and financing, and strategic planning. 

The Manager of the Illinois Tollway Technical Assistance Program is responsible for meeting and exceeding program deliverables associated with these goals.
