As we gear up for the Coaching 4 Growth (C4G) Launchpad on July 19th, we sat down with some of the companies to get their take on entrepreneurship, taking risks, and how their business has been impacted by participating in C4G.
C4G is IHCC's signature program designed to give small business owners the tools to increase revenue and promote profitability. Over the course of 12 weeks, entrepreneurs across various industries participate in both group and one-on-one coaching to create a customized roadmap for achieving business growth.
Today we meet Adrienne Burgos, founder of CEA Staffing.
At 24 years old, Adrienne saw her experience as both a brand ambassador and trade show hostess in college as an opportunity to launch her own event staffing agency, CEA Staffing. After creating her own website, she began cold calling and emailing various businesses about her company's services to form the relationships necessary for a partnership. At the same time, she also utilized growth in social media as a way to develop a database of staff across the country.
Adrienne describes entrepreneurship as challenging, rewarding, and about self-discovery. Following these words, Adrienne states that her experience with C4G thus far has been eye opening and appreciates how our speakers have not only motivated her but provided the help she needed to find strengths she didn’t know she had. Joining the program has opened new doors and even inspired her to take her business in a new direction by rebranding.
“It (C4G) is a great opportunity to grow your knowledge in all aspects of business, which is going to help you see your company in a new light. It was a self-development process,” she continues, “Everyone should be able to step back every now and then to help yourself grow and learn more about your business.”
Meet Adrienne and the rest of the C4G Cohort on July 19th at the C4G Launchpad event as the top companies pitch their latest business plans. More information about Launchpad can be found here.
