A Peer-to-Peer Leadership Forum to Accelerate Your Business
The Founders' Assembly will provide you with the skills, experience and network to transform from a worker in your business to a leader of your business.
A small group of founders, presidents and CEOs will meet for ten sessions over the course of 5 months to tackle their company's biggest challenges. Sessions are held virtually and in-person, and participants have the opportunity to receive one-on-one leadership coaching.

Meet The Team:
Raise the Bar is a firm focused on helping companies retain their talent by building better leaders of people. Aaron will serve as the primary coach and facilitator of The Founders' Assembly.

Who should apply?
Founders, presidents or CEOs looking to take their business to a whole new level, overcome their biggest leadership obstacles and develop an influential network of peers. Your company should be in the revenue-generating stage with at least 4 employees and you should be willing to commit 2-3 hours per month for Founders' Assembly activities.
Participation in the Founders' Assembly is valued at $5000, but with the generous support of our sponsors, businesses are only asked to cover $1000 to participate. Non-profit rates apply for qualified organizations.

Founders meet for an hour two times a month. One meeting is in person and the other is virtual.
